Apple iPhone 16e
The iPhone 16e is a mobile phone product released by Apple on the early morning of February 20, 2025 Beijing time.
The iPhone 16e features a "notch full screen" design that supports Face ID, with the screen size increased to 6.1 inches. Equipped with an A18 chip, a 48 megapixel single camera, and operation buttons for quickly calling commonly used functions, the A18 chip is equipped with a 4-core graphics processor.
Apple stated that this product has outstanding battery life. Available in white and black exterior colors, with three storage capacities available: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The phone adopts the design elements of the iPhone 14/15 series, using an aluminum alloy frame, equipped with "operation buttons", without a "camera control" button, and weighs 167 grams.
The device is equipped with a 6.1-inch 2532 × 1170 resolution 60Hz OLED display, a 48MP single camera on the back, a USB-C 2.0 interface on the body, and an IP68 certified phone. The device is equipped with an A18 processor and a C1 baseband (dual physical SIM card from China), claiming to be prepared for Apple's intelligence. It is equipped with a battery that can play videos for up to 26 hours, stream media for up to 21 hours, and audio for up to 90 hours. It also supports "fast charging" and claims to charge up to 50% of its battery in 30 minutes. However, it does not support MagSafe/Qi2 magnetic charging and only supports Qi 7.5W wireless charging, while lacking UWB
In terms of battery life, it can last up to 6 hours longer than the iPhone 11 in daily use and up to 12 hours longer than the iPhone SE. The iPhone 16e is equipped with the all-new Apple C1, which further expands the advantages of Apple chips. This is the first Apple designed modem with fast and stable 5G cellular network connectivity.
The iPhone 16e will be available for pre order starting from February 21, 2025, and will be released on February 28. The starting price on the Chinese official website is 4499 yuan, and the dates for accepting pre orders and official release are the same as those in the United States.
