The vivo X300s is a flagship smartphone with a large screen launched by vivo, positioned as a small iterative upgrade product of the X300 series. It was first officially exposed and started preheating by vivo product manager Han Boxiao on March 9, 2026. The official stated that it focuses on a flagship experience that balances performance and imaging, and has formed a dual flagship strategy with the X series Ultra models for both large and small screens.
This model adopts a straight board design, with a total thickness controlled within 8.5mm and a weight of approximately 195g or 220g. It is equipped with a 6.78-inch BOE Q10 Plus material 1.5K resolution OLED straight screen, supports 144Hz refresh rate and Zeiss color tuning, supports native 144FPS for large MOBA mobile games, and has circularly polarized light 2.0 technology.
