vivo X300 Ultra

The vivo X300 Ultra is the flagship imaging smartphone product released by vivo in March 2026. It was officially released on March 30, 2026 and went on sale on April 3, 2026.  

The device is equipped with a 6.82-inch BOE 2K straight screen (supporting 144Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology) and a fifth generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra processor. It is equipped with a dual 200 megapixel triple camera system consisting of a 35mm Zeiss Humanities Documentary Lens II (main camera), an 85mm Zeiss PTZ telephoto lens, and a 14mm Zeiss ultra wide angle lens (including a 200 megapixel Sony LYT-901 main camera, a 200 megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and a 50 megapixel 1/1.28-inch large bottom ultra wide angle lens).  

The main camera adopts a combination of Blueprint and Sony LYTIA-901 sensor, with a 35mm focal length and a 1/1.12 inch image sensor. The lens structure is a 1G+6P glass plastic hybrid lens. The main camera's anti shake level is CIPA 6.5, the ultra wide angle lens supports CIPA 6.0 anti shake, and the telephoto lens supports CIPA 7.0 anti shake.  

This device supports 200mm vivo Zeiss rangefinder G2 and 400mm vivo Zeiss rangefinder G2 Ultra, full focus 4K 120fps 10 bit log and Dolby Vision video recording, 6600mAh blue ocean battery, and Beidou satellite communication function (specific versions only). Its rangefinder supports 14 shooting modes including Live Photo, dual view recording, etc., achieving full Zeiss certified focal range coverage from 14mm to 400mm, and launching the blueprint native color.
