Huawei Watch Buds 2
The Huawei WATCH Buds 2 is a smartwatch product released by Huawei on April 20, 2026. As the successor to the Huawei WATCH Buds series, the first generation Huawei WATCH Buds was released in December 2022, making it the industry's first watch headphone 2-in-1 device. Officially launched for sale on April 25th, 2026.
This product continues the design form of a watch and headphones in one, using a spring cover magnetic suction structure and passing 100000 opening and closing durability tests. The body thickness is 14.69 millimeters and the weight is about 54.5 grams. It is made of aerospace grade titanium alloy material and equipped with a 1.5-inch circular display screen, with a 200% increase in wear resistance and a peak brightness of 3000 nits.
The built-in earphones weigh about 4 grams per ear, reducing the volume by about 50% compared to traditional TWS earphones. They support adaptive recognition for both left and right ears and 360 ° magnetic charging, and use a full frequency micro tablet unit and triple real-time listening optimization algorithm. It supports health monitoring (including heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep detection, pulse wave atrial fibrillation and premature beat prompt, sleep apnea detection, hyperglycemia risk assessment research, heart health research, emotion detection), health summary function, active noise reduction, wide area auricle touch and nearly 100 kinds of motion modes, is equipped with HarmonyOS 6.0 system and compatible with Android and iOS platforms, and supports digital car keys, Alipay "touch" payment and WeChat watch version.
Compared to the first generation product, it has been upgraded in terms of active noise reduction performance, connectivity performance (which may point to more stable and low latency Bluetooth connections or star flash technology), and battery capacity. The earphones have a single battery life of about 3 hours when the noise reduction mode is turned on, and about 4 hours when the noise reduction mode is turned off. The watch has a comprehensive battery life of about 3 days, a battery capacity of 410mAh, a charging time of about 100 minutes, and supports wireless charging.
