Huawei nova 16

The Huawei Nova 16 series is a mid-range smartphone series launched by Huawei in 2026, marking the tenth anniversary of the Nova series. It is scheduled to be released on June 1, 2026 at 2:30 pm and will be available for pre order on May 25. This series cancels the previous Ultra version and adds a Pro Max version, offering three models: Standard, Pro, and Pro Max, endorsed by Time Youth.

On June 1, 2026, the Huawei nova 16 series was officially launched, with the new phone featuring a "summer aesthetic", and officially went on sale at 10:08 on June 5. This series is equipped with Huawei's self-developed Kirin chip and HarmonyOS operating system. The standard version is equipped with Kirin 8030 chip, while the Pro and Pro Max versions are equipped with Kirin 9030S flagship chip, running HarmonyOS 6.1 operating system.

The core configuration includes a 6.7-inch or 6.84-inch 1.5K OLED straight screen and supports LTPO technology. The entire series comes standard with a 7000mAh silicon carbon negative electrode high-capacity battery, which supports 100W wired super fast charging and can be fully charged in 28 minutes. It also supports 100W wireless charging.

In terms of imaging system, the entire series has rear mounted red maple primary color lenses, including a 50 megapixel RYYB main camera, a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a periscope telephoto lens, and supports red maple imaging technology. The front mounted lens also supports this technology and is equipped with a multispectral sensor.

This series adopts magnesium alloy frame and Kunlun glass, supports IP68/IP69 dual level protection, is equipped with ultrasonic fingerprint recognition technology, and comes standard with Star Flash e2.0 technology. The entire series comes standard with 12GB of operating memory. Its ID design adopts a horizontal double circular mirror group design, with color schemes including the main color "clear sky blue" and iridescent mother of pearl, sky white, starry sky black, etc. Some color schemes introduce the "wave texture" process, and optimize details such as the back shell texture and camera module. The entire system supports satellite communication function and has launched 3D audio photo function.
