vivo X300

The vivo X300 is a smartphone released by vivo in October 2025, which includes both standard and Pro versions.

The series will start pre ordering on September 10, 2025, and officially release new products on October 13, becoming the first Android phone products to support iPad connectivity.

As the official iteration of the vivo X200 Pro mini, the standard version features a 6.31-inch LIPO physical four sided straight screen design and is equipped with ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 technology, providing a flagship level performance experience.

The standard version of MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor is first released, equipped with a 200 megapixel Zeiss main camera (1/1.4 inch bottom) created by HPB Sensor, a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 3X periscope telephoto lens, supporting CIPA 4.5 level anti shake certification.

The Pro version features a Sony LYT-828 pan tilt zoom camera, equipped with a 200 megapixel Zeiss HPB periscope telephoto lens, and has obtained CIPA 5.5 level anti shake certification. It is also equipped with a triple zoom flash for the first time, covering 24mm, 50mm, and 85mm focal lengths.

The entire series comes standard with a blueprint imaging chip V3+, USB 3.2 interface, and Zeiss 2.35x telephoto lens, supporting wireless charging and dual UFS4.1 storage architecture.

The body adopts BOE Q10 Plus luminescent material with a straight screen. The standard version has a screen of 6.31 inches, and the Pro version has been upgraded to 6.78 inches. Both support dual schemes of 2160Hz full frequency PWM dimming and DC dimming.

The whole machine adopts cold carved glass technology and vertical metal frame design, with a thickness of 7.95-7.99 millimeters. In terms of color matching, the standard version offers lucky color, comfortable purple, free blue, and pure black, while the Pro version includes four color options: wilderness brown, simple white, free blue, and pure black.
