vivo iQOO 15
The iQOO 15 is a smartphone launched by iQOO in Shenzhen on October 20, 2025. It fully inherits the "ecological breakthrough" function created by vivo X300 series for Apple users, positioning itself as a "super performance flagship" and designated as the official competition machine for the 2025 KPL Annual Finals.
The name of the machine skipped the number 14, and the official statement is that it is a true cross generational leader in product strength. The first batch of free trial officers will be recruited on-site at ChinaJoy on July 31, 2025.
The machine started pre ordering on September 19th and released the "Lingyun" color scheme on September 22nd. It features a silver white body with a red circular light strip design and comes with a color changing back cover. On October 20th, iQOO announced the official launch of its new iQOO 15 smartphone.
The hardware is equipped with Qualcomm's fifth generation Snapdragon 8 Ultimate Edition (Snapdragon 8E5) processor and self-developed esports chip Q3. It is powered by Monster's ultra core engine to achieve a maximum instantaneous touch sampling rate of 3200Hz. The Q3 chip adopts TSMC's ultra-low power process, with a performance improvement of 60% and energy efficiency improvement of 40%. It supports full scene ray tracing technology and 2K+144Hz super-resolution and superframe concurrency.
Equipped with a 6.8-inch 2K Samsung Everest screen, LEAD OLED technology is used to remove the polarizing layer through photolithography, achieving a manual peak brightness of 1000nits, a full screen peak brightness of 2600nits, and a local peak brightness of 6000nits. Built in 7000mAh battery, supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
The imaging system includes a 50 megapixel IMX921 main camera, a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 50 megapixel IMX8 midsole periscope telephoto lens that supports 3x optical zoom.
The first batch is equipped with OriginOS 6 system, supporting the iPad's connectivity ecosystem breaking function, and equipped with the industry's only three light sensors to achieve full range sensitivity adjustment. The entire series comes standard with ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, metal frame, full waterproof, and is equipped with enclosed symmetrical dual speakers and 091640 X-axis motor.
