The Samsung Galaxy A56 is a 5G smartphone released by Samsung Electronics on March 1, 2025. It belongs to the Galaxy A series and comes pre installed with the One UI 7.0 system based on Android 15.

The device is equipped with Exynos 1580 eight core processor, providing 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage combination, supporting 45W fast charging and Wi Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.4 technology.

Equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD+Super AMOLED screen (120Hz refresh rate, 1200nits brightness), the rear triple camera system includes a 50 megapixel main camera (OIS), a 12 megapixel ultra wide angle, and a 5 megapixel macro lens. The body thickness is 7.4mm, the weight is 198g, and it adopts a brushed aluminum alloy frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+glass, with an IP67 protection level. It is available in four colors: jungle gray, elegant soft gray, olive green, and cherry glass powder.

On February 12, 2025, Evan Blass exposed rendering images of the camera module and button island layout similar to the Galaxy S10. When officially released on March 1st, this machine became the first A-series product equipped with AI functions, supporting features such as circle and search, object eraser, and best facial expressions.

In May 2025, European users reported a device bricking issue after installing the system update (A566BXXU3AYDK firmware), which requires a temporary solution to restore. The official commitment is to provide 6th generation operating system upgrades and 6-year security updates.
