Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold
The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is the world's first foldable phone developed by Samsung Electronics. It is planned to be showcased for the first time at the APEC summit in South Korea at the end of October 2025 and officially released in November of the same year.
This model has passed Bluetooth SIG certification, and the market versions are speculated to include North America, China, and South Korea markets (distinguished by the end letters of the model). The initial production phase plans to produce 50000 to 100000 units and release them in limited quantities in high-end markets such as China, South Korea, and Singapore, with an estimated price of up to $3000.
This model adopts a two-way internal folding structure design (G-fold), equipped with a double hinge design (the thickness of the left hinge is higher than that of the right side). After folding, it forms a three-layer composite structure with a thickness of 12-15 millimeters. After unfolding, the thickness is about 4.2 millimeters and presents a screen of about 10 inches. The outer screen size is 6.49 inches, retaining the center hole digging camera and excellent crease control effect.
The hardware configuration includes Qualcomm's fifth generation Snapdragon 8 Ultimate chip, titanium alloy casing, and three separate batteries, with a total capacity of over 5000mAh, supporting reverse charging and NFC mobile payment.
The imaging system is equipped with a 200 million pixel main camera and 100x zoom function. When folded, the main screen can be used for charging and external screen operation normally. The rear triple camera arrangement is consistent with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and both the inner and outer screens are equipped with front facing cameras.
