Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is a folding smartphone under the Samsung brand. As the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, it is an Ultra model in Samsung's folding screen product line, positioned as high-end.
The device supports 5G, NFC, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB communication functions and will be released on July 22, 2026, along with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8. On July 17, 2026, the custom brand Caviar launched a limited edition Messi themed customized mobile phone based on this phone, with a planned production of approximately 2 million units.
The exterior design of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is similar to its predecessor, offering color options such as dark green (online exclusive), white, gray black, and deep purple (main color), while retaining a vertical triple camera module on the outside of the body.
The device is equipped with a 7.6-inch internal screen and a 5.4-inch external screen, both using Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness exceeding 3000 nits, and an internal screen pixel density of 500 PPI. It is equipped with Qualcomm's fifth generation Snapdragon 8 Ultimate Edition chip and comes with 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, or 16GB+1TB storage combinations.
In terms of imaging, its rear camera includes a 200 million pixel main camera, a 50 million pixel ultra wide angle lens (exclusive to the Ultra version), and a 10 million pixel triple optical telephoto lens. Both the internal and external front facing lenses are 10 million pixels, supporting 4K video recording and 8K video shooting.
The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supporting 45W wired charging, 20W wireless charging, and reverse charging functions. The thickness of the body is 8.9mm when folded and 4.1mm when unfolded, with a weight of approximately 215g.
The S Pen stylus is supported on the Ultra version, featuring a Flex Titanium screen structure to reduce creases, reducing crease visibility by approximately 20%, and equipped with a Dual Path battery charging architecture. The machine comes pre installed with the One UI 9 operating system, providing up to seven years of system and security update support.
