Apple Watch Ultra 4
The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is a smartwatch released by Apple Inc. in September 2026, officially unveiled at the 2026 Apple Autumn Product Launch Event.
This is the first major redesign of the Apple Watch Ultra series since its release in 2022, featuring a completely new design language, with the potential to double the number of sensors compared to its predecessor, and the addition of a high blood pressure alert function that is currently under review by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is equipped with the S11 chip and upgraded heart rate sensing system, which can measure heart rate every 5 seconds. The monitoring frequency of heart rate variability (HRV) has been increased up to 24 times higher than before, and a "readiness" function has been added. Available in natural titanium and black titanium versions, officially released on September 18th.
