The thickness of Apple Watch Series 10 has been reduced by nearly 10% compared to Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, and Series 9, and many new features have been added, while still maintaining up to 18 hours of battery life. The metal back incorporates the antenna into the device casing itself, integrating the two layers of construction into one layer. The material, appearance, and color of the back of the watch are completely consistent with the rest of the case, making the body appear to be made of a single piece of metal.

The Apple Watch Series 10 is equipped with the widest and most advanced display screen among all Apple Watch models. The available screen area of this display screen has increased by up to 30% compared to the Apple Watch Series 4, Series 5, and Series 6, and up to 9% compared to the Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, and Series 9.

The wide-angle OLED display also has higher energy efficiency, allowing the Apple Watch to have a higher refresh rate in all-weather display mode, increasing from once per minute to once per second. In this way, users can see the rotating second hand without lifting their wrist when using certain dials.

The Apple Watch features a 50 meter waterproof swimming design, automatic swimming posture detection, and lap count function. WatchOS 11 also introduces custom pool swimming fitness training.
